HAINES OBTAINS! LTD. RATE STRUCTURE

1. APPRAISAL SERVICES
   *Ms. Haines may be engaged to provide personal property appraisal services:
   · Weekday Rate (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST)
   Billing rate $200.00 US/hr
   1 hour minimum on site
   · Weekend Rate (Saturday-Sunday, 9am-5pm PST)
   Saturday $250.00 US/hr
   Sunday $300.00 US/hr
   · Overtime Rate (weekdays after 5pm PST)
   $250.00 US/hr
   · Holiday Rate (if available)
   $300.00 US/hr
   · Travel Rate (outside of Los Angeles, CA)
   Hotel, rental car, airfare, per diem and all other expenses must be expressly approved by Haines prior its acceptance of any job

   *All above-referenced rate structures, Haines shall bill additionally for research, transit time, and associated expenses at $200.00 US/hr

2. EXPERT WITNESS
   Ms. Haines may be engaged as an expert witness for deposition, EUO (Examination Under Oath), trial or arbitration:
   · Half-Day Rate
   Billing rate $250.00 US/hr
   4 hour minimum
   Additional research, transit time, and associated expenses at $200.00 US/hr
   · Day Rate
   Billing rate $250.00 US/hr
   8 hour minimum
   Additional research, transit time, and associated expenses at $200.00 US/hr
   · Travel Rate (outside of Los Angeles, CA)
   Hotel, rental car, airfare, per diem and all other expenses must be expressly approved by Haines prior to acceptance of any job
   
   
3. JEWELRY DESIGN
   Haines may be engaged to design jewelry:
   · Jewelry Design
   Free consultation
   Design costs are determined on a case-by-case basis
   
   
4. JEWELRY REPAIR SERVICES
   Haines may be engaged to repair jewelry:
   · Jewelry Repair
   Repair costs are determined on a case-by-case basis
   
   
5. ART ACQUISITION/BROKERAGE SERVICES
   Haines may be engaged to acquire/broker artwork:
   · Art Acquisition
   Art acquisition fees are determined on a case-by-case basis
   · Art Brokerage
   Haines shall receive from Client a stipulated percentage no less than Fifteen Percent (15%) of the final selling price of the art
   
   Please note the following:
   · Pursuant to AAA (American Appraisal Association) guidelines, Haines is proscribed from the brokerage of art and concurrent preparation of an appraisal for its value

· All engagements are subject to Haines’ sole and absolute discretion. See Client Agreement · Haines must be notified of all cancellations at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of any scheduled appointment. No exceptions. Failure to do so shall result in the imposition of a two hour penalty charge computed at the appraiser’s hourly rate
